NC School Board Condemns Anti-Critical Education Bill

Thursday night, May 20, the Durham board of education became one of the first school boards in the country to draft opposition to anti-critical race theory education in public schools.

The resolution is a result of community concerns regarding the House Bill 324, which was recently passed by the North Carolina legislature. If HB 324 becomes law it will make NC the seventh state to ban critical race theory.
